A fine oily film covers the glass, alluding to its mountain origin in the Copper Canyon. Pristine clear, bright and highly pearled in colour. The aromas are reminiscent of the high Sierra of Chihuahua: pine needles, forest resin and fresh eucalyptus blend in a mineral background that is reminiscent of wet soil and river rocks. Its fine sip, aromas and distinctive flavour mingle to achieve a unique complexity, a trademark of the cold weather style of sotol. White pepper, citron and quince assemble on the long herbaceous and mineral finish.
