Roca Patron – Anejo

Roca Patrón Añejo is created in small batches and finished at 88 proof to ensure balance & complexity. After going through the centuries old “tahona” process where in a two ton volcanic rock crushes roasted agave, Roca Patrón Añejo is aged in used bourbon barrels for about 14 months. This process creates a more complex taste by retaining the agave fibers. The unique process results in a tequila with hints of wood, nuts, raisins and grapefruit, plus a velvety smooth finish.
