Pittyvaich – 25 Year Old

Distilled in 1989. From Pittyvaich, a short-lived and closed Speyside distillery rarely seen as a single malt. This bottling has lived longer than the distillery itself. Treacle toffee is cut by green apple crispness: sweet and cooling, with light acidity, a warm nuttiness, a balancing sharpness.
