Meyer Family Vineyards produced this single vineyard Chardonnay from their estate vineyard on McLean Creek Road in Okanagan Falls. The wine was aged in 100% French oak (22% new) and was left sur lie for 11 months without battonage. In keeping with their philosophy to maintain, as much as possible, a hands-off approach in the cellar to allow the true expression of terroir, this wine is unfined and coarsely filtered. They operate their vineyards using organic/sustainable farming practices. Drink this wine now or cellar up to 7 to 10 years.
