Exclusive cask bottling for BCLIQUOR. This Personal Selection barrel whiskey is balanced and flavourful. The aromas evident are subdued vanilla and hints of baking spices, supported by light oak. The spicy flavours come alive on the palate with rich layers of tropical fruit, cloves and burnt brown sugar. The finish is long with a warm buttery heat. Every single barrel has its own character and taste profile based upon the flavour imparted by the new charred oak barrel and the location in the barrel mellowing warehouse.
