J.P. Wisers – Wood Series Black Walnut

This J.P. Wiser’s Collector’s Series is a marriage of aged white oak casks and dried, new black walnut cask inserts for a most unique 13-year-old expression. The whisky delivers notes of walnut husks, chocolate mocha, black liquorice and red apple on the nose. Followed wit French vanilla, pecan, dried fruit and cut wood on the palate, this whisky culminates with a lengthy chocolate nut bar finish.
