Bowen Island – West Coast Lager

A mellow timber aroma drifts with the raft, mixing with the refreshing sea breeze. The logs are bound together and driven through the crisp waters of the Strait. The trees are felled and delimbed and rolled into the inlet. Slowly aged over an extended period of time to enhance it’s taste profile. Creamy at the beginning followed by a slightly malt sweetness on the back of your tongue. This easily drinkable lager has a clean and crisp finish.
