Grand Solage is the result of the blending of different Calvados Pays d’Auge aged 2 to 5 years. After selecting calvados with complementary qualities, the Cellar Master blends them in secret proportions. Nose: Prominent apple, characteristic of the Pays d’Auge terroir, very present vanilla, balanced. Palate: Smooth, fruity, elegant, nice aromatic richness. Finale: Great length and nice aromatic persistence.
